​Program Overview

Spentem focuses on creating honorable leaders who are guided by the universal values of equity, justice and morality and stand firm on the principles they believe to be true. We teach people how to understand themselves better and to look for the indicators of need from their constituencies so they can better serve them. Our courses are grounded in the idea that everyone has an expertise and competency level, and Spentem's job is to enhance, refine and /or reform skills and dispositions that are already present in our client-leaders.

 

Our curriculum is project-based, socially /emotionally adept, collaborative, and calls for client-leaders to be deeply introspective about their own identities, and the identities of others.

Format

Our courses are held online.

 

Duration

This is a two-year progrma that follows the academic year with courses running from September - December, January- June. Each class is 10-13 weeks in duration, meeting once a week online.
